Akshay Kumar's 'Khiladi 786' promos banned in Pakistan
After Salman Khan's 'Ek Tha Tiger' and Saif Ali Khan's 'Agent Vinod', it's Akshay Kumar's 'Khiladi 786', whose promos are banned in Pakistan by its censor board.
Explaining the reason behind the ban, Pakistani Censor Board has said that, the number 786 is revered by Muslims and could hurt religious sentiments of people within the country.
The Board has also ordered cinema halls not to release Khiladi 786's trailers and asked distributors to remove the billboards of the film. It has also suggested distributors to release the film after removing the number '786.'
The Board has made it clear that the film can be banned in the country if it has any objectionable scenes or dialogues.
'Khiladi 786' stars Akshay Kumar and Asin Thottumkal in the lead roles and is releasing this Friday on December 7.
