Lady Gaga makes acting debut with Machete Kills
Singer Lady Gaga will set the silver screen afire as she is all set to make her acting debut as La Chameleón in Machete Kills, the sequel to Director Robert Rodriquez’s Machete.
The 44-year-old director confirmed the news on social networking website Twitter and also posted a movie poster showing Gaga draped in a dead fox, holding a pistol which leaves smoke and she looks smoking HOT. And the noticeable part of the picture is the Marilyn Monroe-like hairdo of Gaga.
Rodriquez tweeted: “I just finished working with @LadyGaga on @MacheteKills , she kicked SO MUCH ASS! Holy Smokes. Blown away!”
After the confirmation by Rodriquez, the singer tweeted with excitement: “Yes its true, I will be making my debut as an actress ln the amazing MACHETE KILLS BY @RODRIGUEZ IM (sic) SO EXCITED!!! AH! Filming was insane.”
The director wrote: “I just cast Charlie Sheen in #machetekills as the President of the United States! Who better? More soon…”
Aldamisa Productions released a statement: “The second film in the Machete trilogy finds Machete mourning the loss of his beloved Sartana (Lohan)...”
“Machete is recruited by the President of the United States for a mission which would be impossible for any mortal man. He must battle his way through Mexico to take down a cartel leader.”
