Rajesh Khanna property dispute: Reprieve to Dimple and family
Mumbai: In a relief to Rajesh Khanna’s widow Dimple Kapadia and her family, the Bombay High Court has stayed all proceedings in a property dispute case.
Anita Advani, who claimed to be in a live-in relationship with Khanna, had filed a petition in a Bandra court demanding share in Khanna's property apart from a monthly maintenance of Rs 10 lakh.
In her petition against Dimple and others, Anita Advani had claimed that she was driven out of Khanna's Bandra bungalow 'Ashirwad' after his death.
Earlier in the day, the Bandra court had posted the hearing for Tuesday. However, admitting a counter petition filed by Dimple's actor son-in-law, Akshay Kumar, Bombay High Court deferred the hearing in all matters pertaining to property dispute to December 17.
