New Delhi: B-Town’s badshah Shah Rukh Khan has a long history of getting injured on the sets of his films. The most recently is news of him getting injured on the sets of his yet-to-be released Happy New Year came in. The incident occurred when Shah Rukh was shooting in a plush five-star Mumbai hotel.
An object reportedly fell on him and he started bleeding. The superstar was rushed to Nanavati Hospital after the incident. However, this is not the first time that the badshah has met with such an accident on the film sets. The 48-year-old actor fractured his three ribs while shooting a scene with Anupam Kher in Darr. Way back in 1994, while shooting for Koyla, he hurt his left knee, but that did not stop him from shooting with a stole wrapped around the wound.
While shooting for ‘Shakti’, SRK hurt his neck badly and got operated for it later on. When the badshah was shooting for Dulha Mil Gaya, in which he had a guest appearance, he hurt his shoulder and underwent a surgery.
A few years back, Shah Rukh suffered a serious injury on the sets of ‘My Name Is Khan’ which got aggravated while his film shoot was still on.
As if this not enough, the star again underwent a corrective surgery for his right shoulder and was seen sporting a arm-sling customized specially suiting the colour combination of his IPL team---Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR).
When on a family outing in Dubai, SRK again hurt himself, because of which he stayed at home only and played indoor games with his kids.
More recently, when shooting for Rohit Shetty’s Chennai Express, the actor got hurt and sustained a shoulder injury again, for which he was admitted to Mumbai's Lilavati Hospital where he underwent a surgery again for the injury.
Well, we hope the badshah of Bollywood stays away from all the injuries and remains in the pink of health to entertain his fans!
